This Sunday marks the end of Black History Month. But let us all remember that black history is made ever day. We must all strive to be kind to one another, to be more understanding, and to know that we all have our struggles and to lend a hand to others in their time of need. It’s just the right thing to do as a human.
Let us also remember to take care of ourselves. It’s been a hard year with COVID, having to wear masks, social distancing, kids not being in school and virtual learning. To every one out there who is still putting one foot in front of the other, keeping their heads held high, making a way out of something that feels almost impossible sometimes, to finding the silver lining in what has become “the norm,” kudos to you. Just keep it going; you will continue to be blessed. For those who are still struggling to just maintain a sense of normalcy, to keeping everything in your life running semi-smooth – hugs to you. Just remember to continue to think positive and most of all SMILE!! Better days are ahead.
